As part of Gateshead Library’s centenary celebration, Year 4 were very lucky to have a visit from author and storyteller Chris Adriaanse.
Chris works in the ancient art of oral storytelling where stories live only in the imagination and are never written down.
Year 4 were full immersed in the enchanted fairytale story he told from a 100 year old book.
We then got the exciting opportunity to create our own magic book, drawing our own illustrations from our imagination.
