Our Autumn term in Nursery has been wonderfully busy as the children explored our topic of Colour and Light. They enjoyed learning through stories, celebrations and hands‑on activities, from investigating sounds and beginning early writing to discovering shapes and practising early number skills.
The children experimented with light, shadows and colours, took part in creative seasonal crafts, and joined in with events such as Diwali, Bonfire Night, Remembrance Day and Children in Need.
They also shone in our Winter Concert!
Throughout the term, the children have grown in confidence, independence and friendships, and loved visits from the library service and our magical trip to the Elgin Centre to meet Santa.
