A huge thank you to all parents and carers who managed to come to our Key Stage One Christmas Craft afternoon. It was lovely for the children to spend time with you all having fun making their crafts.

What a lovely day we’ve had today for our Christmas Craft Day. Today has consisted of making our annual Christmas calendars and cards. We also made a special Christmas decoration! We are all now looking forward to Wednesday for our parents Christmas Craft afternoon!

Making Apple Traybake in Year 2
Following our wonderful visit to Gibside, Year 2b collected some apples from the orchard. We decided to make some yummy apple cake. We picked a recipe and followed the instructions to make the delicious treat! We were so proud that everyone tried it.. some of us even had seconds!
