In RE this half term, our Key Stage 1 children have been learning all about the Jewish celebration, Shabbat.
We have learned so much about this special celebration and this week, our children have been enjoying their own in-class Shabbat.
While listening to some traditional Jewish music, the children enjoyed tasting Challah bread which is a traditional bread enjoyed by Jewish families during Shabbat. The children also enjoyed some juice in their Kiddush cups they designed last week.
