This week in Maths, our Year 3 children have been focusing on measurement.
We have been looking at centimetres and millimetres, centimetres and metres and also how to compare and order various lengths.
When measuring, we decided to investigate if height played an important role in how far we could jump. We quickly found out, from analysing, comparing and ordering our data, that this was not the case: height didn’t determine your jump distance.
