A very special suitcase arrived in Year 5 last week!
Inside were lots of interesting black and white illustrations which the children have been studying. These illustrations have been taken from our class novel, ‘The Arrival’ by Shaun Tan. They have been making very careful observations of what they can see in these images then thinking about what they might infer from this. There has been some excellent discussion and the children are very excited to read this novel.
