In Science, our Year 3 children have had the amazing opportunity to work with Northumbria University, looking at Sports Science and linking our curriculum to real life jobs including:
- Sports Analyst
- Sports Physiotherapist
- Sports Dietician
- Sports Psychologist.
We used these skills to perform a range of exciting activities with a partner. One partner was a sports scientist, the other was a data analyst:
•Observant
•Logical
•Communicator
We took part in three interesting, hands-on activities which were grip strength, heart rate and jump height.
