Year Two Visit the Library
Last week, the children in Year Two enjoyed a visit to the library to selected some books to bring back to school. They also got to enjoy a scavenger hunt and a story telling session with one of the library staff.

On Friday we joined together as Key Stage One to complete our final run our Mini London Marathon challenge . With ‘Local Hero’ playing and our friends cheering us on we completed our final 8 laps. As part of our Computing lesson we had to explore the difference in closed and open ended questions. The children then had to generate their own questions to create their own branching database.
Year 3 and 4 had a fantastic visit to The Great North Museum! We extended our knowledge of The Egyptians. We learnt about the different classes in Ancient Egypt and this was brought to life by exploring the artefacts!
